/ Our Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

We are proud to present the Walden Group’s 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility report, which details the group’s strategy, goals, and initiatives related to ESG topics.

This report serves as a barometer of progress and a touchstone document for anyone, from teammates to clients, from partners to subcontractors, to reference when they desire to learn more about the group’s ESG culture and commitments.

Last year, in the Walden Group’s first consolidated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, we laid out our definitions of and commitments to many different aspects of environmental, social, and governance topics.

Since the release of that report, the Walden Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility policy has evolved significantly. This new report is intended to complement that initial report by presenting a more structured approach to the many initiatives undertaken by the Walden Group. We have structured our CSR initiatives into workstreams with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) attached, and identified our alignment with certain United Nations Sustainability Development Goals.

This year’s version represents the strategy, concrete goals, and key performance indicators of the Walden Group related to Environmental, Social, and Governance topics.

This report contains data about the group’s emissions, environmental action plan, and progress over the year 2023, reporting retroactively.
